Player 1

A kitchen still has to serve lunch. A festival still opens its gates at 17:00. An inspection is still due. None of that waits for a release window, and none of it stops when the network drops.

So the work is narrow on purpose. Three products, each replacing the spreadsheet, the group chat and the phone call that an operation was holding together by hand. Each one is still running the operation it was built for.

I am Jesper Jacobsen. I founded JJ Development and I still work on all three systems myself. The person you email about CaterHero is the person who can tell you how its invoicing works. If something breaks on the day it matters, there is no account manager between you and whoever wrote the code.

None of this is a first attempt. I have been system architect at iMusic since 2019, and held the same role at Dansø Assurance for four years before that. I built integrations at Webshipper and spent a year as an IT specialist at Bang & Olufsen. I founded JapSeyz in 2015. I have also sat on the board of Ikast Musikliv since 2013, which is one of the two festivals now running on Festival360, so I have seen this work from both sides of the table.
