Festival360

A whitelabel festival platform of nine modules covering volunteers, tickets, bar, programme, sponsors and safety. It runs at Ikast Musikliv and at Silkeborg's Ildfest Regatta.

Festivals do not drown in music. They drown in spreadsheets. In the ones we have worked with, the volunteer rota lived in a Facebook group, the bar stock lived in someone's head, and the sponsor invoices surfaced in a cardboard box in September. Festival360 puts the volunteer scanning wristbands at the gate in the same system as the sponsor invoice and the kegs in bar 3.

Two colours in, a whole brand out

Festival360 was whitelabel from the first line. Give it two colours and a logo, and the colour engine derives the rest. The website, admin, volunteer portal, app, card payment window and SMS sender name all carry the festival's brand instead of ours.

Your own app in both stores

Each festival ships its own iOS and Android app under its own name, with the programme and tickets working without a network on site, and push notifications that reach guests when their artist is about to go on.

Including the hardware

The safety module runs panic buttons and SMS alarm chains. The alert lights they trigger are our own hardware.

Next year is a copy

Every festival year is its own event in the system. Ticket types, sponsors, bars and artists carry over while invoice numbers and paid status reset, so September is about the evaluation and next year's lineup rather than about finding the numbers.
